After earning a first-class honours degree in chemical engineering from Edinburgh University, he went on to spend many years in the resources and IT industries leading his teams to outstanding success. Realising that his real passion was empowering people, David became a successful business coach, facilitator and mentor. His methods have helped hundreds of organisations around the world achieve outstanding results.
David now shares his proven maps and models for success in his online training program CREW - helping organisations to empower their people to deliver excellent performance and results.
